Question : Novell Netware using Veritas' Backup Exec and Supeloader 3

I am Running Netware 6.5 sp7, and using Veritas BU/Exec to backup. I have a Quantum Superloader 3 with 16 tape bays. Every Monday we load 15 fresh blank tapes (16th is cleaning tape), and run an inventory so that the software reads the barcode labels and knows what bays have tapes. This has worked great until recently. The past two Mondays, running the Inventory crashes the server. Once the server is brought back up, the Inventory works fine.

I have looked at Semantec's and Novell's knowledgebase to no avail.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When was the last time the Netware server was either purged or had done dsrepair on it?
