Question : After trying to test see how call manager would respond to two incoming calls on my FXO port I suddenly cannot receive incoming calls

I recently figured out how to route incoming calls to an IP phone from an FXO port using the connection plar opx xxxx command.  Since I got that working I wanted to see what would happen if another call came in on the FXO while another incoming call was in session.  Well I could not get the call to go through on the IP phone because I didn't hear the call waiting beep.  After doing the testing I discovered that I could not get call manager to send the calls to my ephone anymore.  The phone just keeps ringing until it goes to voicemail.

I am just a MagicJack on my FXO connection and I am able to make calls just fine.

Here is the debug output when an incoming call comes in.
