Question : Simple options for mobile email?

I started a new job this week as an IT administrator at a firm with ~50 users. It would be useful to be able to receive mail when I am not at work. I am a little paranoid about messing something up as I am still new here, therefore I am looking for a "simple solution". My main concern is that all of my mail still show up when logging in at work, even if I have received/read it on my mobile device. I do not need access to mail already downloaded on my atwork-client.

I have a BlackBerry (but to prevent confusion - there is no BES here).

What kind of mail server do you use at work? Since you already have a blackberry you can probably just add your work email to your BIS account. If you use Exchange at work BIS will interface with Outlook Web Access nicely.

Just click on the link for your cell carrier, login and add your work email account.
