Question : Weekly IP Address Conflict on 1 User

I have a user in our off site office whom every once in awhile gets an IP address conflict message.  There are about 30 users in this office and they are all setup as DHCP with a DHCP pool range of 192.168.201.25 to 192.168.201.75.  She is the only person in the building having this issue.  The servers and printers are all setup with static IP's and I've detected no issues with any of them, they all are setup with proper static IP's and I can access them etc.  Everything is plugged into 2 Cisco Catalyst 2948 switches.  In her System event log today it shows this error:

The system detected an address conflict for IP address 192.168.201.36 with the system having network hardware address 00:16:CF:41:54:44. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

On 9/9 it shows this in her event log:

The system detected an address conflict for IP address 192.168.201.36 with the system having network hardware address 00:14:22:D1:97:67. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

On 8/29 it shows this in her event log:

The system detected an address conflict for IP address 192.168.201.36 with the system having network hardware address 00:15:60:BE:B5:21. Network operations on this system may be disrupted as a result.

So apparently it looks to me like DHCP isn't handling just IP address correctly or something since it's always a different MAC address that's conflicting.  Again she's the only user having this message occur on and it looks like it's happening once a week.  I also notice in the DHCP mmc on the DHCP server it shows her 192.168.201.36 address as BAD ADDRESS rather than her host name.  What could be causing this and how can I fix this?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Answer : Weekly IP Address Conflict on 1 User

Looks like the TCP/IP conflict stopped after I added the reserved DNS record for her IP as the last one recorded in her event log is from the day I created this issue.  However now I'm seeing this in her eventlog every 2 hours and not sure if this is something I should be concerned about since she's not calling me with any problems:

The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server ldap/kcserv2k.lenexa.npci.com/lenexa.npci.com@lenexa.npci.com.  No authentication protocol was available.
