Question : Can't receive mail from Hotmail to my domain

In the last month we have had a problem where I can't receive any mail from hotmail on my domain ntslink.net, we can send to it just fine and can receive mail from other domains just fine. We are running IMail server and have Postini for spam blocking. This issue just started happening out of nowhere. Microsoft's Hotmail support forum is a piece of garbage and all they seem to do is point their finger at the domain owner saying it's their problem. There are about 50 tickets from other users on their forum reporting the same type of problem for different domains. I have tested my MX records, checked all the blacklist sites, added them to the whitelist in Postini, checked all my blacklists on Postini and on the mail server, and I am having no luck whatsoever getting this issue resolved. The mail is never hitting my server and I don't see (or am having trouble at least finding) the dns request coming from hotmail to my dns servers. When you send an email from Hotmail to my domain you get a message back about 9-10 hours later saying Delivery Status Notification (Delay), then days later you finally get a message saying Delivery Status Notification (Failure)...Unable to deliver message to the following recipients, due to being unable to connect successfully to the destination mail server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the problem that I was having is that I was unable to send mail via hotmail to my domain. As of this morning the issue has somehow magically cleared itself up, so I still don't know what the exact problem was and never did get a response back from Microsoft.
