Question : Unable to load performance pack

I am getting the following error when i am starting weblogic server or managed server. the version is wls 9.2 and OS HP UX, JDK 1.5_08
How this error effects,
Any resolution , thanks

Can you try this?

cd /home/bea/weblogic92/server/native/hpux11/

chmod -R +x $WL_HOME/server/native/hpux11/*

Can you also check if you are using 64 bit JVM?
