Question : 2003 DHCP Server with no Scope option 135

I have 2 2003 RC2 servers that are running DHCP. Neither have the DCHP Scope option 135?
However I have two other 2003 sp1 that do.  Is there some issues out there with RC2 ?

In the interim I am pushing out the suffix search order via GP.

Or you can do

netsh dhcp server add optiondef 135 CompletionDomain STRING

or thereabouts!
