I have done some research through google on WAP Push programming, so far the information I gathered are using emulator/simulator to test out. I wonder if there is anyway to send a WAP Push via a GSM/GPRS modem to the intended receipient(s)?
WAP Push Sender via GSM/GPRS Modem --> Telco --> Mobile Phone (Receipient)
