Question : Domain name registered for new website, but how to use visual web developer to host it, and send data to it?

I've just bought a Domain name - www.techmusicngames.co.uk. for a new website.
My computer is running windows 7 RC, and am planning to put all the website related files on same hard drive as the OS.

Please could someone provide me with instructions on how to use visual web developer 2008 to host the website, and send data to it?

are you planning to host your webside on that win7 machine?
do you have a fixed IP, to set the DNS-entries to your fixed IP?
if not, than you do also need webspace to put yr webside on.
