Question : How do you set-up Mobile Services on Exchange 2003 Server?

We currently have a MS Exchange 2003 FE/BE configuration (1 FE and 2 BE).  We have just signed an agreement with O2 for some HTC S710 smartphones.  What I want to do is enable the Cellphones to pull down messages from our Exchange Environment.  What configuration changes / additions do I need to make on my Exchange environment (as well as our cellphones) so that emails are pulled/pushed to the Cellphones?
