Question : XP ICS prob

I have two mahcines both running XP home on a dial -up connection, and I can't get them both web acess, the gateway computer conencts and everythign works fine , but on the client it will connect to AIM or Kazaa(depending on whcih i set up to be the client) but it will not give me any http acess regardless of the browser i use.So I am wondering if this is possiably a protcol problem? Because I have worked on this for quite some time and still nothing, Thanks alot.

OH, OK, then it probably was the NIC, if you swapped it out, and it worked
