Question : I am currently running a Cisco 800 Series router with 5 public IPs, but this is the second one in 3 years to fail, what other options do I have?

I have 5 public IPs that I direct to different machines within my network depending on the request.  I have recently suffered some degradation in performance and have narrowed it down to the router failing.  Of course, the router is just out of warranty and Cisco wants to charge me $400 to fix it.  With the failure rate, I'm looking for a new router.  What is out there that is easier to use than Cisco and costs less?

This seems like a good product, but I'm not sure that it will solve the problem.

I went through my access list on the router and deleted a whole bunch of port forwarding.  My download speeds went through the roof for about two days and then just died off.  Now I am back to where I was in the first place.

Even though my ISP says I am not being throttled, I am wondering if they are telling me the truth.

What this all comes down to; 1) Is my router configuration that messed up that this is happening or is the router just dead.  2) How do I check my bandwidth and what my ISP is doing to/for me.
