Question : Which is the best domain registration / hosting site at present?

I would like to know the best domain registration and hosting sites for a personal website i am planning to start. It should preferably be low priced and of good quality. Please suggest sites only if you or someone you know has some long-term experience with it.

After registering the domain, I would like to have the TAG under my name, even if I host the site from the same site.

Wow that is a very subjective question however in my years of experience I've used tons of them. The best one I have found is go daddy. They are cheap run tons of promo's (Do a google search for Go Daddy Promo codes and you'll find tons of discounts) and the tech support is quick and easy plus these guys actually know what they are doing www.godaddy.com
