Qwest is a tier one service provider with an extensive customer base. They are a solid company with lots of high speed fiber route miles ATT is another tier one provider with a solid financial history, Qwest has been rocky in the past. Either way they both have solid support staff. I never had problems dealing with them Qwest or ATT.
