reactivate the network cards, put some crazy ips into those that you dont use, then deactivate again.
this might do the trick.
looks like your registry might have a bug too.
on the switch, can you login there and see what paket errors you have on the link?
if you use cisco or hp switches you should be able to see statistics of your link.

is it correct, that when you plug your servers both into the firewall instead of the switch, everything works fine?
- possible that your switch shuts down the link due to some events-
1. need that switch link information
2. confirm that everything works fine when connected to firewall
3. do the trick with the ips to reset registry of those network interfaces.
