Question : ssl certificate isn't working correctly

purchased ssl cert from godaddy. Followed instructions. Still not valid, but when I look under firefox all the info looks correct and it is valid for the exchange server. It shows the cert for mydomain.com, but the exchange server is exchange.mydomain.com, but I do have autodiscover and exchange as alt names. Is there something I'm missing???
