joebronco,
1. First, you may need to be familiar with the following:
HTML, XML, XSD, DTD, XSL,...ect.
2. Like any "format", your data must have a very specific structure in Excel to be able to generate cxml.
3. Is this a "Punch-Out" system, or a "Catalog" system?
4. This seems to be the most widely referenced documet of this subject:
http://www.cxml.org/That all being said...
If the customer requires documents in this format, can you ask them to provide a sample Excel file and the resulting cxml document for comparison?
As of this writing, I can find no utility to convert/save an Excel file in the cxml format.
