Question : IP Conflict

I have a new laptop that has a conflicting IP with our network.  I've scanned the network and no one was using the address.  I've released it and renewed a dozen times.  Everytime it comes back with a .191 ending address.  The address is NOT hard coded in.  It is set to select dynamically.  

Any suggestions?

Answer : IP Conflict

I've found that during the initialization of the device something happened.  Since it was a new laptop I just re-imaged it and now is working fine.
