Question : IP address and IIS related.

I have windows xp and iis installed. I am running php website through my local conection using :
http://localhost/PHP/Hello.php

I want to run it using my external IP address like this:
http://---.---.---.---/PHP/Hello.php

How can I do this ??

if you DONT have a router and it does not work then your ISP is blocking Port 80.

if you have a router then, Go into router IP to manage it, click on port forwarding/Virtual Server and then Allow Port 80 to be forwarded for your Local Machine IP(192.x.x.x). if that does not even work, then try a different port, maybe your ISP is blocking port 80.
