Question : Unable to attach Exchange Server Mailboxes

Hi guys,
I am trying to backup the exchange server mailboxes in my Exchange server, which is also the DC of my network.,
But everytime i start the backup. i reciev the error, "Unable the attach the Exchange Server Mailboxes. Access denied"
Previously i was dealing with he prblem to create a user account for the Back up service account. Now i beleive that i assigned all permissons to that user account.
What do you think the problem might be?
And i am using Veritas Backup Exec 8.4 as a backup software, exchange and Windows 2000 servers

Yes! You are remarkably more patient than I am my friend!! I would have got the CD's out a while ago, Just remember the unique mailbox thing

ie

Use EXCHBACKUP but not if you have something like EXCHADMIN it has to be truely unique!! (mines just backup)
Make sure you have the unlockcodes before you start!! and there the right ones
Youll need a code for the Backup Exec 8.6 AND one for the Exchange module as well, and for open file option if your running that. let us know how you get on
