Question : Slow networking

I am experience a very slow networking.
I have an win200 enviroment with clients connecting via citrix (XP version).
The client use VPN and ADSL to connect. The clients experience that application "hangs". The logon takes very long time.

I have checked duplex mode on every servers, and switches. They are correct. (100 full duplex)

The performance on the servers are very good. It uses very litle of the server process and the memory.

I have the lates hotfixes and patches on the servers.

What I am looking for is some tips on how to troubleshoot.
