Question : motorola SB5100 modem

I am using a motorola SB5100 cable modem. Is there any method that I can forward the ports of this modem? And I would like to know what is the ip address to configure the modem. I tried searching the modem manual and website but could not find anything.

It is a modems and there is no way to configure it. It forwards all traffic and all ports .... you don't need to confugure nothing. High download speeds could be reached with this modem. I have one.

One suggestion: get off Bittorrent .... install bitcomet (another bittorrent cliente)

Another sugestion: Is you modem connected via USB? If it is, consider to connect your PC and modem with ethernet, install an Ethernet card on your pC and connect the modem and the PC via Ethernet (let your So get the IP from the modem with DHCP)
