Question : Wall jack to router pin configuration

Hello,
I have wired many a building with the use of a patch panel but would like to run from a wall jack directly into a linksys router. What is the pin configuration on the router side? The other side is already punched down in a wall plate. I will also have a normal patch cable running from a device to the wall panel.
