coworker called in ticket for Heather therefore, no troubleshooting available.
when user opens any emails in a folder's she receives error message: z10 server is unable toretrive your message at this time please try again later call local helpdesk.

It seems to me that the message with "call local helpdesk" isn't from the original Notes mail database. What application generates this message, and is that application properly configured?
