Question : Is there any free way or ways to use mx records email to another email account?

I was hoping to purchase an exchange server but I am out of buck (lol).
I am hosting a website and on the last page I have the users' (public) email so that people can email to. Also, on the website, I want the users' (private) email to receive the emails sent to the (public) email..
I was hoping to use an exchange server to do this but I need a cheaper solution like free.
Is this possible?
