Question : "The network path was not found."

I have a Windows XP computer and a Windows 2000 computer networked peer-to-peer through a router connected to a cable modem.  Internet access and resource sharing is working fine.  I've added a new Dell system with Windows XP Home Edition, and I've run the Network Setup Wizard using a Network Setup disk created with my other XP computer.  The computers all "see" each other, however when I try to access the Dell from either of the other two, or when trying to access either of the other two from the Dell, I get the following error message:

"\\Computer is not accessible.  You might not have permission to use this network resource.  The network path was not found."

What am I missing?
