Question : IE homepage is locked by Dell(MSN)

We got a PC from Dell, and the homepage has been locked to MSN, and we would like to change it to one of our preference.

I looked in Tools->Manage add-ons, but I did not see any by name of Dell or MSN.

Any help will be appreciated.

anushahanna--My earlier post may have been a little confusing.
In the Registry go to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main.  Click on Main in the left panel.  Look for Start Page in the right panel.  The Type column should indicate REG_SZ  .  In the Data column you would enter the full URL of the webpage you want to use as the homepage.  Reboot.
