Question : Can ping, but can't connect.

Ive got a very weird problem.  I have a client from which I cant connect to any of my servers that are located at another location.  I can ping the servers, but cant connect.  Ran tracert with no problems.  Cant telnet, ftp, http&no connection other then pinging.  Ive remote to other clients and was able to connect.  Just this one client.  Is there a way I can track down the problem?  Thanks.

Which firewall we talking about ?

So you ping only the public IP address of Firewall. Because you are NATing there is no direct connection to the server ...

I think there are inboud filters on the firewall who block's this host (ip address) ....

Dubble check and compare with the other clients ....

If the ISP block ports, the only one I quess is port 25 (SMTP) ...
