Question : WAS v6.1 cert expiration chaos

We have several cells running WAS v6.1.0.13.   We are seeing repeated issues with the Dmgr and NodeAgent getting out of sync due to 2 types of certificate errors.  SSL certs and LTPA certs.
The auto regen of the certs doesn't sync the node agent properly (that is why we patched to 6.1.0.13) but we continue to see failures.

I want to turn off SSL between the NodeAgent and the Dmgr.  We do not require this level of security between these components.  Anyone solve this problem this way?  Or do I just have to keep patching to the latest version and hope it stabilizes.

I wouldn't disable global security though.

I would call IBM support (800-426-7378) and open a Problem Management Record (PMR) for this issue.
