Question : Urgent

My Server is hangup,its showing hexa decimal code on server console,and i try to start server now its not started.  like this..

Semoahore problems are difficult. If you have a support contract, I would send in the crash logs. Otherwise, I would install the latest release on top of your existing installation, and possibly recreate all of the core databases. It may help to troubleshoot by moving all non-essential databases off the server, seeing if it will start and stay up.
