AFAIK, the FIRST entry in the short names is taken when creating the address. So if you set that to Tony.Riley, we might get lucky...

Apparently, you named the domain in the Global Domain document in caps and/or the FQHN in the Server document. Can you check that? You might need to restart the router after changing those names (tell router restart on the console, or tell router quit, then load router)
