Question : Vlan problem-who can help?

Hello all
I have a vlan problem in allied telesyn switches.
The architecture is like that -
1)cisco 4006 connected to AT9924
2)AT2294 connected to AT 8516
3)AT8516 connected to AT8516

I have 5 vlans numbered 2, 11, 12, 13, 14
I've configured the ports to transfer them but vlan 14 don't go through all the rest are just fine
Can anyone help with problem? I cannt figure out why this one vlan refuses to go through?
