Question : Pix dilemma

I know this is ridiculous but I have screwed my pix up here and need some help~~~

I have incorrectly attempted to load a 6.3 image onto a pix that has 7.2 on it. My intention was to throw the 6.3 on it and pull a 6.3 config onto it and then upgrade to 7.x . I was trying to save having to do this manually as our old config would not have transitioned properly...

What I have done is totally screw up the pix and I can not boot and when in monitor prompt cant tftp... Is there a way to delete the flash from monitor or what should I do here. I am definitely not a router/pix person and really need some guidance here.

Thanks for any help.

Been there, done that
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Security/Q_22028461.html

What you need is a file "erasedisk622.bin" from Cisco
http://www.ee-stuff.com/Expert/Upload/getFile.php?fid=1652

Power system off, wait a few seconds, power up and hit Esc to get to
monitor>

TFTP this file and it will ask you if you want to erase the disk. Say yes.
After it's done, you can then tftp the 6.3 image over, pull in the config, then upgrade to 7.0x.
That upgrade will convert the file structure and the config file. Save this new config off somewhere
Now you can upgrade to 7.22 and have 2 "flavors" of your config - old 6.3 and new 7.x
