Question : RAS Server Interface Link Speed in Task

Hi Everyone,

I'm using a Windows 2003 Server Std. Ed. box for my VPN server.

When user connect to RAS through PPTP VPN , in Task Manager/Networking Tab (on Server) there is a new network utilization graph called "RAS Server (Dial in) Interface". In the same row of the RAS Adapter there is a field "link speed" that says 28 Kbps. Why does adapter have that link speed? It also changes from time to time, like sometimes it says 128Kbps, sometimes, 1Mbps, I just don't know when and what triggers it to do it. Is it possible to set that speed?

Thanks in advance!!!

Sincerely,
BASTi
