Question : SPF record question

I was in dnsstuff.com and I was doing one of their test and it states that I do not have a SPF record.  How do I add an SPF record.  I use networksolutions.com and they host my dns records.  is there a way to add these records at networksolutions.

thanks

Answer : SPF record question

I am not certain that Network Solutions will allow you to add an SPF record.

To add an SPF record, you need to add a TXT record to your DNS entry that defines the machines that send mail for that domain.

For examples see http://www.zytrax.com/books/dns/ch9/spf.html

I use SPF, but I use www.zoneedit.com to manage my domains, and i added it by selected the advanced option, adding a TXT record, then adding my SFP string.
