How to define static route at Sun-Solaris?

Furhter, what is the flag meaning by running netstat -r?

H represents static route? Right? Please advise.

Answer : Define static route

Append to /etc/rc2 for Solaris:
echo "route add -net 192.168.120.0 192.168.100.1" >> /etc/rc2
