How to reset the password of quintum tenor Ax Axm1600. Tried with the front panel reset button but no success.

In regards to IP address, try using a scan tool such as Ping Scanner from http://www.digilextechnologies.com/index.html. Download the eval, install onto a laptop, connect laptop to Tenor via cross-over cable, configure the Ping scanner to ping address ranges from X to X.

Not sure, but see if you can open the Tenor box itself, maybe there is a battery that can be pulled to refresh the memory on the circuit boards?
