Question : Cannot connect to domain or workgroup

We have a computer that will not connect to a workgroup or to a domain.  It is win xp pro.  It had been working on a workgroup just fine but then the computer got moved to a new location and it no longer connects.  What in the world could it be?

Answer : Cannot connect to domain or workgroup

make sure the computer has the same IP addressing as the new network it's on. Do you have any more info about any of the settings
