Question : System error 1326 has occurred, unknown user name or bad passowrd

I have two computers, one desktop named "RZ-DS" and other notebook named "RZ-NB" both running IBM XP Pro SP 2. My notebook (IBM T-30) had a motherboard problem and was sent to IBM for warranty and I purchased a new notebook (T43) that came preconfigured with Windows XP Pro SP 2. Now I can see my DEsktop from my notebook but I cannot see my notebook from desktop. I am using static IP addresses. When I try to access my notebook using IP adress then it shows a login screen where "RZ-NB\Guest" user is selected and user name is disabled and if I try to use NET USE command then it gives the error message "System error 1326 has occurred", Logon Failure, Unknown user name or bad password. If I try to connect using computer name from RUN command then I get following message:

“\\RZ-NB is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The network path was not found.”

I never had this type of problem and using my notebook and desktop together for last 7 years starting from WIndows 98, 2000 to XP.

Any suggestion?
