Question : Need to create VLAN in Windows 2003

Hi all,
My first question here.
I need to create a VLAN in a Windows 2003 Std, Dell PowerEdge 1850, with 2 Intel PRO 1000/MT NIC's, driver installed 8.10.1.0 driver installed (released 07/11/2007) and Intel Network Connections v12.4.38. I don't have Intel's PRO Set installed since i should create it from the Device Manager, but... i don't see the tab. I have only "details" tab (where no vlan can be created). I've tried to install Intel PRO Set but i can't ("new version installed" error) roll back to old driver and install from there is not an option since this is a production server. Any ideas how to create a vlan to see 802.1Q?
I added a screenshot.

thanks!

Guido
