1) Open Active Directory Users and Computers
2) Right-click on your domain.
3) Select "Raise Functional Level"
4) In the window that appears, you will see "Current domain functional level"
That will give you your answer. If the domain functional level is "Windows Server 2003" then you are native. Anything else is mixed.
