Question : Client machine unable to resolve domain to new IP.

I am running a network of host and client. Both machines are using 98 with the host using Winproxy.
We have several sites and recently changed servers. A problem has arisen that the host correctly resolves the domain cynthiasplace.net to the new server IP and views the new page but the client machine consistently resolves to the old server which is still hosting the old pages. I have attempted a DNS FLUSH with no change and rotated the DNS server three times with no change. I have emptied the DNS cache of Winproxy from within the GUI. I have even deleted the cache file from the program folder. I have emptied the IE cache and cookies and temporary internet folders on both machines and done a reboot to no avail. The client is still going to the old server rather than resolving the domain to the new server. I have even gone through the registry but can't see anything in there that might be causing this.

Answer : Client machine unable to resolve domain to new IP.
