Question : Cannot resolve IP when connected to VPN over WLAN, but ok wired (Vista SP1)

When connected to my VPN over WLAN, my laptop will not resolve 192.168.100.XXX addresses (which are explicitly routed by the VPN). If I connected wired (to the same router), I am able to see the IP. I can access the internet and other sub-nets successfully on the WLAN/VPN connection, just not the site-to-site VPN mappings.

route print is identical for both connections
tracert will not even take one hop over WLAN to IP
I've run netsh to clear everything out, re-installed VPN software, disabled firewalls, but no luck

Answer : Cannot resolve IP when connected to VPN over WLAN, but ok wired (Vista SP1)

Looking at http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-70505.html, I believe that version 12.03.2000 introduces support for Intel My WiFi Technology and causes this problem.

I uninstalled this adapter, found a copy of version 12.01.1000 (because that was the version a colleague was using sucessfully), which when installed allows me to connect through my Cisco VPN client.
