Question : IE - right click send to options

I have a Cisco phone system and would like to be able to highlight and right click on a phone number in Internet Explorer and send the digits to my phone to dial. Is it possible to add a sendto option in IE with the following string plus the selection highlighted in IE?

Not just as IE is now.  You would have to develop and addon or extension to do this.  Basically a program that would work with and be part of IE.  Not only do you need it to add the option to what you see when you right click but you would need it to get the phone number from the page.  If you are interested in developing an addon or extension for IE then let me know.  I can provide a few pages to get you started.
