Question : AT&T Global Network Client giving error "ActivateLocalFirewallPoli<wbr />cy"failed
A client has been getting this error when trying to connect using AT&T Global Network Client. If I re-install the client, reboot and connect again, it works fine for the day. Computer is XP Pro w/ SP3 running Norton internet securities. There are other computers on the same network (and with the same specs) that use this connection and don't have this issue. I've tried installing the client with and without the software firewall, enabling and disabling Windows firewall, uninstalling Norton, etc. ATT has been everything but useful in solving this error, I'm just hoping someone here may have seen this before. Any ideas on what would be causing this error and lack of connection to the host machine?
