Question : VERITAS back Exec

Hi,
I am using VERITAS back Exec. I was trying to backup the my document folder over the network from workstations.

But there was error came up sometimes with following. Can some tell me what is it possible wrong? Thanks..

Answer : VERITAS back Exec

If you have upgraded or reinstalled recently, you will need to go to the machine running the backup and have it install the Remote Agent.  If it goes across the wire and installs it, you know you don't have communication issues.  It may just be that BackupExec and the agent are different versions.
