Question : how to block internet access except Sabre and Outlook Express??

Hi All

One of the clients is a travel agency. The business owner has been bugged by employee's surfing net during work hours.

Is there any solutions which can block Internet Explorer and MSN, but leave Sabre and Outlook Express running?


Note:
They have a peer to peer network.
Sabre is an online flight ticket ordering system

Sonic Wall has an excelent line of hardware firewalls / routers but they are a bit pricy.
