How to do the Child Domain controller in windows 2003?

1. Windows 2003 installation done
2. domain controller installation done
3. How to do the service installation and child domain server
4. How to run the Services DNS, DCHP and etc..

and

i have already server how i can create child domain and copy the domain users?
