Question : Cisco Aironet 1200 and Linksys Wireless-G range expander
Hi,
I have recently purchased a Linksys Wireless-G network expander to connect to my Cisco Aironet 1200 Access point. I have ran through the wizard on the network expander, it completes and then I cannot connect to the wireless network but with limited or no connectivity (gets an i.p 169.24..x.x).
Is there extra configuration that needs to be done on the Cisco Aironet AP?
Thanks
Ashleigh
Answer : Cisco Aironet 1200 and Linksys Wireless-G range expander
The Network extender was positioned too close to the access point and there were clashes between the devices. By moving the network extender away from the access point both devices worked.
