Question : modem knocked off during Vista startup
When the computer is starting up, the modem to the internt loses its connection. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium. I believe there is some program that is starting up or something in the registry that is sending a signal out and knocking the coneection off. All the lights on the Motorola modem are solid, but when the startup process begins, the internet connection drops.
